Privacy Policy

Runly Review Radar helps businesses monitor their own Google Business Profile reviews and prepare AI-assisted reply drafts.

Data we collect

We may collect business contact details, email addresses, Google OAuth tokens, Google Business Profile location identifiers, review metadata, review text needed to provide alerts, billing status, product usage logs, and website analytics events.

Google data use

We only access Google Business Profile data after the business owner or authorized manager grants OAuth permission. We use that data to detect low-star reviews, send email alerts, generate draft replies, and prepare weekly summaries. We do not scrape Google Maps, sell review data, or use review data for advertising.

AI processing

Review text may be sent to AI providers solely to generate reply drafts and summaries. We do not allow AI providers to use customer review data to train our own models.

Analytics

We may use Google Tag Manager and analytics tools on public pages to understand page views, button clicks, and signup flow performance. Analytics data is used to improve the product experience and is not used to sell customer review data.

Retention and deletion

When an account is cancelled or deletion is requested, we delete or anonymize stored review content and Google tokens within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, billing, or legal records.

European data protection rights

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Runly Review Radar acts as a service provider for the business account that connects Google Business Profile. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data. You may also object to certain processing where applicable.

We process Google Business Profile review data to provide the contracted alerting and draft-reply service, to protect the service, and to keep required billing or legal records. Requests related to GDPR or UK data protection rights can be sent to ted@runly-ai.com.

California privacy rights

We do not sell or share customer review data for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about categories of personal information processed by the service.
